Responsibility
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Design and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, for digital and print media.
- Manage and optimize the organization's website and landing pages for user experience, SEO, and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling campaigns that align with organizational goals and target audience needs.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other KPIs to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and design to ensure innovative and effective approaches.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
- Support event marketing efforts, both online and offline, by creating promotional materials and managing digital promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field.
- Maximum age of 30 years, with a passion for digital innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other design tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or other digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the education sector or non-profit organizations is advantageous but not required.
