Responsibility
- Design and execute end-to-end event strategies for data, digital, and tech-focused events in Bali, including concept development, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align events with business objectives, ensuring maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue selection (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.), vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution.
- Develop compelling event content, including agendas, speaker lineups, and promotional materials tailored to digital and tech audiences.
- Leverage digital marketing tools (social media, email, SEO) to drive event registration, engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Monitor event performance using KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, and partners, to enhance event credibility and reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends in data, digital marketing, and event technology to ensure innovative and cutting-edge event experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event management, or digital marketing, with a focus on tech, data, or digital events.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful events, from small workshops to large-scale conferences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Google Analytics) and social media platforms.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
