Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Provide accurate information about attractions, facilities, and services, tailoring responses to diverse guest needs.
  • Manage visitor flow, ticketing, and crowd control to maintain safety and efficiency in high-traffic areas.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, escalating issues as needed to resolve them satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., security, operations) to ensure smooth daily operations and event execution.
  • Uphold brand standards by maintaining a polished appearance and adhering to service protocols.
  • Assist in emergency situations by following established procedures and guiding visitors to safety.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing visitor insights and suggestions with the management team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism-related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and handle pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, ticketing software, or visitor management tools is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours, to meet operational demands.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is preferred.
