Responsibility
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards.
- Handle cash and card payments, including processing bills and managing tips.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with menu recommendations and upsell specials or promotions.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
