Responsibility
- Provide exceptional front-desk service, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Coordinate luxury amenities such as private transportation, spa bookings, and exclusive event access for residents.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests proactively, ensuring a personalized and memorable stay.
- Manage resident communications, including package deliveries, maintenance requests, and community updates.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure flawless residence operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and incident reports.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, etiquette, and service delivery at all times.
- Assist in emergency response and crisis management, prioritizing guest safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge, front desk, or guest services within luxury hotels, resorts, or serviced residences.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-volume requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor, aligning with luxury service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
