Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verifying guest information and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, providing accurate information about residence amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Maintain up-to-date records of room availability, reservations, and guest preferences using property management software.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring visitor access and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Promote residence services and upsell additional offerings to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation options in Bali.
