Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for all guests.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met promptly.
- Provide information about the steakhouse, its services, and local attractions.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
