Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and other ingredients, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and efficient workspace.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new coffee trends, techniques, and menu offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and flavors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance is a plus.
