Responsibility

  • Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure high-quality catering services.
  • Supervise and coordinate catering staff during events to maintain efficiency and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
  • Set up and break down catering equipment and event spaces according to client requirements.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm event details and address any special requests.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to uphold company standards and service excellence.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff interactions.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in catering.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
