Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of cinema locations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and motivate frontline teams, including ushers, concession staff, and box office personnel, to deliver top-tier service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., attendance, revenue, customer satisfaction) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, IT) to execute promotions, events, and operational initiatives.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Assist in budget management, inventory control, and cost optimization for assigned locations.
- Participate in leadership training programs and workshops to develop managerial and strategic skills.
- Support special projects, such as new site openings, technology upgrades, or process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong leadership potential with prior experience in team coordination, customer service, or operations (internships count!).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for the entertainment or hospitality industry with a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to relocate or travel between Bali locations as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
