Responsibility
- Design and customize travel itineraries for guests, ensuring alignment with their preferences, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers to secure bookings and confirm arrangements.
- Manage logistics, including airport transfers, activity schedules, and dining reservations, to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize itinerary offerings and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest feedback using internal systems.
- Stay updated on local attractions, events, and travel trends in Bali to provide insightful suggestions to guests.
- Assist in emergency situations, such as last-minute changes or cancellations, with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (internships or entry-level roles considered).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with booking platforms or CRM systems.
