Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism and courtesy.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets Tarabelle’s high standards.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, anticipating requests and resolving any concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely order delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings, with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and order management tools is advantageous.
- Indonesian work permit (KITAS) or eligibility to work in Bali is required.
