As a key player in our expanding cloud kitchen network, you will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and implement best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and profitability. Your expertise in Food & Beverage (F&B)—particularly in cloud kitchen environments—will be instrumental in scaling our operations while maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple cloud kitchen outlets in Bali, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to SOPs.
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and delivery coordinators, to meet production targets.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Optimize inventory management, including procurement, stock control, and cost-efficient sourcing of ingredients.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., order volume, delivery times, customer feedback) and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with preference for cloud kitchen or multi-outlet management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards in commercial kitchens.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges.
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for F&B businesses.
- Familiarity with POS systems, order management software, and data analytics tools.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as needed.
