Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across all restaurant locations.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design promotional menus and seasonal offerings aligned with market trends.
- Manage social media campaigns, digital advertising, and local partnerships to drive foot traffic and online visibility.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, revenue growth, operational costs) and implement improvements.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service excellence and operational best practices.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of high-quality ingredients and materials.
- Organize and execute events, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in restaurant marketing, operations, or F&B management.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and local compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decisions.
