Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to avoid shortages.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and suggest innovative drink specials or promotions.
- Uphold the lounge’s ambiance by following dress code and service etiquette guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar, lounge, or nightlife venue.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
