Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to align purchasing strategies with budgetary goals.
- Resolve any supply chain disruptions or vendor-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of local and international supplier networks in Bali is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
