Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach
  • Greet, seat, and assist guests with menu selections and special requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate order taking, delivery, and billing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bars, and service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with diplomacy and efficiency
  • Upsell menu items, promotions, and special events to enhance guest experience
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with resort policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service (fresh graduates with passion are welcome)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and able to maintain professional standards
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is advantageous
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
