Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple hospitality venues, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional performance.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, suppliers, and tourism stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and revenue optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Baliās tourism market and cultural nuances.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
