Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent customer service.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Manage and maintain stock levels, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked.
- Handle food items, including pastries and snacks, and ensure they are presented attractively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist in training new staff members and providing guidance on coffee preparation techniques.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
