Responsibility
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing high-quality dishes according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Ensure all food items are prepared and presented in a timely manner, maintaining consistency in taste and appearance.
- Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols to comply with local and international regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.

Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
