Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all outlets.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas.
- Assist in menu planning, cost control, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is advantageous.
