Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all outlets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas.
  • Assist in menu planning, cost control, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
