Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas, including dining spaces, restrooms, and back-of-house facilities.
- Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are dust-free, polished, and in pristine condition.
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities as needed.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards to uphold a sanitary environment.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or daily operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, including uniform and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
