Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professional courtesy
- Present menus, answer questions about food/beverage items, and make recommendations
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner
- Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest preferences
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a server in restaurants, hotels, or resorts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
