Responsibility
- Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with tact and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events, shifts, or special occasions.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in F&B service, hospitality, or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (e.g., trays, equipment).
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking software is a bonus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
