Responsibility
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to company standards for quality, service, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, drive repeat business, and increase revenue through upselling and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margins, to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local community partners to support smooth operations and business growth.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation and guest experience.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to align with brand standards, marketing campaigns, and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to service and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of local health, safety, and labor regulations, with a commitment to maintaining compliance at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role.
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus, but not required with sufficient experience.
