Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, team morale, and the overall success of Tumboo in Bali’s competitive F&B and hospitality landscape.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of two Tumboo outlets, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency across all menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team.
  • Enforce and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service, hygiene, and safety to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to upskill employees.
  • Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve escalations promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience and brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives for growth, marketing, and operational enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management within the hospitality, F&B, or retail industry, preferably in a multi-outlet or high-volume setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and SOP implementation (e.g., HACCP, local regulations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
