Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, offering a warm, professional, and personalized welcome.
  • Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Proactively address and resolve guest concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate seamless service, from arrival to departure.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Uphold high standards of grooming, etiquette, and professionalism in all guest interactions.
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events, promotions, or VIP experiences.
  • Stay updated on restaurant offerings, local attractions, and cultural insights to provide tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a restaurant or luxury setting.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering 5-star service with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic office tools.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous.
