Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop menus and improve efficiency.

  • Optimize workflow to reduce waste and control costs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
