Responsibility
- Provide attentive and courteous table service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service, hygiene, and safety.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining dining areas, including table arrangements and cleanliness.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately.
- Uphold high standards of personal grooming and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
