This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of $2,400 – $3,200 per month, along with the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment where your passion for service and coffee can truly shine.

Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, adhering to Alice Boulangerie’s standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach to all guests.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, including coffee machines, grinders, and service areas.
- Assist in food service, including plating, presenting, and delivering dishes with attention to detail.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage POS systems efficiently.
- Educate customers on menu offerings, including coffee blends, baking techniques, and pairing recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or Restaurant Server in a high-volume café, bakery, or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including brewing methods, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Passion for hospitality and food service, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French) are a plus.
