Responsibility

  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with diplomacy and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., housekeeping, concierge) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest service areas to uphold brand standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating guest databases and preparing reports.
  • Stay informed about local attractions, events, and promotions to provide personalized recommendations to guests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest services, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
