Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of premium teas and beverages according to company standards.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend the perfect tea blend.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate customers about the history, origins, and brewing techniques of our teas.
- Operate and maintain coffee and tea brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of tea varieties and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for tea, coffee, or the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
