Responsibility

  • Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring all services meet luxury hospitality standards.
  • Manage and train staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams.
  • Develop and implement operational policies to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, maintenance, and event planning.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the villa and attract high-end clientele.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or resort management, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a multicultural team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric approach to service.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of local Balinese culture, customs, and hospitality trends is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
