Responsibility
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for all spa services.
- Provide expert consultation on spa treatments, packages, and wellness programs, tailoring recommendations to meet individual guest needs.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently using our reservation system.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the reception area, ensuring a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and discretion, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and maintain confidentiality of all guest transactions and personal information.
- Stay updated on spa promotions, membership programs, and special events to effectively communicate offerings to guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality, spa, or luxury retail industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in using reservation and point-of-sale systems.
- A passion for wellness and a basic understanding of spa treatments and therapies.
