Responsibility

  • Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure 5-star standards.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote villa rentals and event spaces to domestic and international clients.
  • Coordinate with vendors, chefs, and event planners to deliver seamless weddings, retreats, and corporate gatherings.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost control for villa and event operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, OTAs, and luxury tour operators to maximize occupancy.
  • Implement SEO and social media campaigns to enhance online visibility and direct bookings.
  • Train and lead a multicultural team to deliver personalized, high-touch guest experiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in Bali’s luxury hospitality sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in villa operations, hotel management, or event marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Proven track record in sales, revenue management, and client relationship building.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
