Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of laundry staff to deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies, detergents, and equipment, and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and secure working environment.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including service turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, such as promotions or loyalty programs, to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the laundry, hospitality, or retail service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of resolving complaints and building client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of laundry operations, stain removal techniques, and fabric care is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or management are advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
