Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse, international clientele, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Assist with daily bakery outlet operations, including order taking, cash handling, and product display.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing outlet environment in compliance with company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Promote bakery products, upsell specials, and provide accurate information about menu items.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking as needed.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and operational protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Passionate about delivering high-quality service with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
