Responsibility
- Assist housekeeping staff by delivering clean linens, towels, and amenities to guest rooms and public areas promptly.
- Transport and dispose of soiled linens, trash, and recycling in accordance with hotel sustainability policies.
- Restock housekeeping carts with supplies such as toiletries, cleaning agents, and guest amenities.
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet the hotelâs cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Respond quickly to requests from room attendants or supervisors for additional supplies or support.
- Maintain organized storage areas for linens, cleaning equipment, and other housekeeping materials.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks during high-occupancy periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and transport heavy items (e.g., linens, supplies) up to 20 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 hotel operations.
