Responsibility
- Prepare and serve premium shisha blends with consistency, ensuring optimal flavor and smoke quality for every customer.
- Maintain and clean hookah equipment, including bowls, hoses, and bases, to uphold hygiene and performance standards.
- Educate guests on shisha flavors, strengths, and preparation techniques to enhance their experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of tobacco, charcoal, and accessories, and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of charcoal and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new shisha menus, seasonal specials, and promotional offers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with hookah setups or customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Shisha Master, Hookah Artist, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of shisha preparation, including flavor mixing, heat management, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse, international clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards related to hookah service.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique and memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Arabic) are a plus.
