Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa outlet, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of spa therapists and staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of spa products and equipment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special offers.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports on outlet performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in spa or hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required to communicate effectively with guests.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in using spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
