Responsibility
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding activities for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the team
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with training program coordination and track employee development progress
- Support HR team with daily administrative tasks and special projects
- Contribute to the creation of HR reports and presentations
- Provide excellent customer service to internal team members regarding HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service orientation
- Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus
