Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations of the F&B outlet, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock of supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Prepare reports on outlet performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and objectives.

Qualifications
