Responsibility
- Manage daily operations of the F&B outlet, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock of supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Prepare reports on outlet performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the F&B sector.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic accounting principles.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
