Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet services, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Support the preparation and service of food and beverages, adhering to Four Seasons’ high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to execute events, weddings, and special functions with precision and creativity.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized service, address inquiries, and gather feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills in service techniques, mixology, wine knowledge, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination of reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to optimize guest flow and experience.
- Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the F&B department.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for the hospitality industry with a strong desire to build a career in F&B or luxury hotel operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, French) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high level of professionalism and adaptability.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, hygiene practices, and customer service principles.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role.
- Prior internship or work experience in hospitality (e.g., hotels, restaurants, cafes) is advantageous but not mandatory.
