Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Develop and refine menus that align with seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and industry trends.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Oversee inventory management, supplier relations, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to plan and execute special events, banquets, and private dining experiences.
- Implement sustainable practices in kitchen operations, including waste reduction and local sourcing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment in compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and innovate to keep the dining experience fresh and exciting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Master Chef in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Proven expertise in international and local cuisine, with a focus on high-end dining.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training kitchen teams.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Creative mindset with a passion for menu innovation and guest satisfaction.
