Responsibility
- Clean and maintain padel courts, clubhouse, locker rooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and equipment daily.
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies, towels, and amenities for guests and staff.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify and report maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Assist with waste management, including proper disposal and recycling procedures.
- Respond promptly to spill or mess incidents to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the operations team to prepare facilities for events, tournaments, or private bookings.
- Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or facility maintenance (hotel, resort, or sports facility experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
