Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of professionalism, guest interaction, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and collaborate with the procurement team to manage costs and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for service, hygiene, and safety in compliance with resort policies and local regulations.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests with diplomacy, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, equipment, and staff appearance to uphold brand standards.
  • Assist in menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance metrics, sales, and customer feedback for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-pressure, customer-centric environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
  • Passion for hospitality with a guest-first mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
