Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries and requests.
- Handle reservations, bookings, and cancellations efficiently using our property management system.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials and resources are readily available.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Friendly, approachable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a bonus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
