Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Handle reservations, bookings, and cancellations efficiently using our property management system.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials and resources are readily available.
  • Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a bonus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
