Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide a personalized, friendly experience.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems.
- Prepare and serve llaollao’s signature frozen yogurt and toppings with attention to detail.
- Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area, dining space, and kitchen.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking product levels.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, F&B, or retail (fresh graduates with a great attitude are welcome!).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
