Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude in a high-energy dessert café environment.
  • Prepare and present desserts, beverages, and menu items according to brand standards and hygiene protocols.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing service area, including counter, tables, and display cases.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash and digital payments.
  • Educate customers about dessert offerings, ingredients, and promotions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service techniques, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices (training provided).
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to meet business needs.
  • Passion for desserts, customer service, and teamwork with a positive attitude.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
