Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee recognition and wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Adaptability to new technologies and HR software tools.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
